Hey everyone,
Have a bedroom with a private bath available now at 1120 Delaware St. (Golden Triangle). Bedroom has 10’ ceilings, floor to ceiling windows, and closet (see photos). You’ll also have your own door to the patio (~600 sq ft.).
There is a nice queen bed in there left by my previous roommate if you need
All appliances are new SS, hardwood floors, granite countertops. In-unit laundry with big machines and a dedicated laundry room.
Building has two rooftop decks: one with an unobstructed view of the city, the other with full views of the mountains. The building is within walking distance of a lot of cool stuff, and it’s a half-block away from the cherry creek trail.
Base rent would be $970/mo, and I would need to add you to the lease (bckgd check, etc.). It’s monthly, so could be a good option for a travel nurse, shorter term stay.
