SHARED BEDROOM IN STUDENT APARTMENT, 1 MILE FROM CSUF. Available for a male CSUF or FC student: sharing half the master bedroom. The other half of the room is occupied by a male CSUF student. The room is fully furnished (desk, chair, lamps, fan, etc.) and has an attached bathroom. The house is fully furnished too, and very clean. It is a ground-level house on a residential street, not a crowded apartment complex. Alley parking is available in the back of the apartment. No long lease required, just month to month.

Your roommate will be Zachary: male CSUF student, 21, psychology major. In the other two rooms are John (IT grad student) and Jack (24, FC business major). 1.We are all friendly, polite, and respectful of each other. 2.We are very clean (cleaning up right after cooking, not leaving dirty dishes or trash to pile up). 3.We are a non-smoking household (non-tobacco/non-vape/non-weed). 4. We are a quiet household. NOTE: even though we are all sociable guys, if you are looking for a loud/lively/party house, we are not a match. One of us is in intense pre-PhD study, one of us has heavy senior project coursework to graduate, and one of us works full time till late hours, so that sleep and quiet time is essential. So, we are a much quieter household than other typical student apartments. We probably aren’t a good match for you if you are looking for a loud & lively environment.
