TWO ROOMS AVAILABLE The layout: Two story townhouse tucked away in the foothills of northern Westminster. Quiet community well maintained by the HOA. We have a huge fenced in backyard with a deck and fire pit! Parking with plenty of space. Our neighborhood backs right up to some open space with walking trails throughout that we utilize almost daily.

• Main master downstairs by the kitchen, taken by me. Spare bathroom is also next to kitchen.
• Secondary master upstairs, taken by my friend Josh.
• AVAILABLE SPACES: Two spacious bedrooms upstairs with shared bathroom (his & her vanity). There is also a common space upstairs that could be used as a den or second living room if you don’t feel like coming downstairs.

We try to upkeep a clean, calm, and considerate environment by minding early/late hours and mainly communicating by text in group chat. 420 Friendly. Male and Female roomies welcome, come as you are! If you are interested please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Me: (M28) I work a lot in solar and cook often. I leave the house at 6am so I love it when people open the back door for my dog during the day. When I’m home I enjoy going back and forth from my room to outside to smoke and hang with my dog. Decompressing is huge for me with how much I try to balance work and fun. Kitchen is downstairs and is connected to the living room, and my room is right off of that. I ride motorcycles, love the mountains like anyone else, and spend my free time learning to code and skydiving.

Josh: (M36) Super chill guy that works as a manager at a grocery store. He hangs in his room mainly but is super nice and sociable!

🐶 Bucco: (K-9) He is very well trained. He’s super shy, but very friendly with people after he warms up to you(can even walk him if you like), but doesn’t get along well with other dogs. So no other animals please, unless, of course, they are happy to stay in your room.
