About the room
The house is clean and furnished. All kitchen utensiles will be shared for the house. Supplied by me. The shared areas are to be kept clean and dishes are to be done after you are done. The house is full of working professionals and we don’t party. Dont mind if you drink or smoke just no riff raff coming and going from the house. No junkies, another professional would be preferred.
About the roomies
We are all working professionals who keeep to our selves but all get along well. I have a small dog thats super well behaved. She doesnt bother anyone, shes a mini dachshund. Currently us union workers are waiting to get maxed out. Looking or another roommate to help out while we all save to buy houses. Thats the plan.
