You’ll have your own entrance, furnished bdrm, bathroom, & furnished living room , & your own parking space. Shared kitchen & laundry. Bills included Wi-Fi, cable, electric, & water. Updated photos coming soon.

We have a 3 bdrm/2 ba home 1400 sq ft. We will be renting one of the rooms out. My husband & I both live in the home as well. My husband & I both work. We have 2 dogs, & 2 birds that live on our side of the house. We also have 2 cats but they live on the other side of the house where you will be staying. We live in a quiet & friendly neighborhood. There are local parks nearby & a 15 minute drive to the beach.
