SANTIAGO's room

Located 15 minutes away from downtown Tampa & 4 minutes away from highway 60, Everything is close by. This house offers over 1800sq feet for plenty of room to hangout and relax. The room includes access to my beautiful screened in pool & patio, along with an outdoor kitchen. Shared kitchen and bathroom with one other person. The room also has a ceiling fan, light & a big closet.

It is just me & another roommate. We work at the same company and work 40+ hours a week and have different days off. On my days off I am usually out of the house being productive. We are really quiet and barely hear each other but when we do we always say hi and sometimes hang out by the pool.
