Ryan's room

I am renting a room in a 3 bedroom condo that is 10’x12’ which has a bathroom with a shower tub. The bathroom will be partially shared, but mostly yours. There is a gated garage space for you and a pool. It has a fireplace, bar and a good sized kitchen.

I am a business professional that works by day in finance and general business that is a musician and actor after hours. My MBTI is ISTJ so an ISFJ or ISTJ is ideal as a roommate as we would get along best. I am looking for someone that keeps normal hours and sleeps at night as I usually work from home.
