I (22 female) and my roommates (28/32 female) are looking for someone to rent out the spare bedroom on the main floor level of our apartment. If you’re a student or just looking to save some extra money this may be for you. Preferably we are looking for someone who is quiet, clean, and doesn’t mind occasionally pitching in with household chores.

Asking for a deposit of $350 upon move in and each month rent is prorated at $700 flat (no utility/trash/wifi/electric bills). New roommate would just be paying once on the first of every month. Individual will still have to apply through the complex and be screened to be approved on this lease.

The bedroom is big enough for one occupant, with a twin or a full size bed (any bigger you may not have room for much else) — the apartment itself has two and a half bathrooms, the half bathroom being right across the hall from the spare bedroom. The unit was just refurbished and includes brand new appliances.

As for the bedroom itself it has its own heater, ceiling light, window, and small closet. The doors are sliding doors but a chain lock will be installed for tenants comfort upon move-in. WiFi, valet trash, a fireplace, and a nice balcony facing one of the complex pools.

We do have one short haired cat named Eevee, unfortunately she doesn’t get along with other cats so no pets please. 🙏🏾

location perks include, Fred Meyer (0.5 mi), 7-eleven (0.4 mi), the Tualatin athletic center right across the street (we get free access), and there is a bus stop right outside of the apartment itself going directly to PCC Rock Creek Campus.

All just moved here a year ago, All planning go back to school this semester. I work out of town full time so I’m normally home on my weekends. We enjoy meal planning, cooking/baking, doing art, exchanging books, and shopping together when our schedules permit. All of us are quiet and clean, most of the time doing our own things but all really good friends who trauma bonded over a landlord from hell.😂 This home is a safe place and we would like to ensure it says that way, but extend an offer to someone else who unfortunately may have had a similar experience out here.
