Amazing home in College Park, Costa Mesa. 3 bedroom, 2 bath house. Lease begins June 1 (potential flexibility on start).
You would take over the master bedroom with a private en suite bathroom, with additional closet in hallway, plus share the third bedroom (your office if you work from home, or our guest bedroom). This means that the house would be split with only two people.
Home includes:

- Large living room with separate dining room
- Huge backyard with patio furniture (can fit a regulation pickleball court) + lawn & orange tree
- Attached garage with ample storage space + barbell home gym (garage parking negotiable)
- Washer & dryer in garage

- Kitchen with plenty of storage, gas range, dishwasher, & new fridge

- Great neighborhood, incredible neighbors (we only have neighbors to the left and right of us)

Living and dining room furniture is negotiable. Current roommate is taking most with them; I am planning to purchase a new sofa, coffee table, TV, etc. or open if you have your own that you would like to bring with you.

About the roomies
About me: I am an active woman in her 30s that works full time from home (my desk is in the sunroom), but travel often for work and fun, maybe 2-3x/every other month. I play beach flag football, go to the gym daily, and on the weekends I am either very social and am out most nights or I stay in to binge read/watch movies. I like to cook, do pottery, and be outside (love our backyard and OC for this). I am clean and respectful of shared spaces, and like to feel at ease and comfortable when I am at home - and hope the same for my housemate.
