Newport Terrace

A 3-bedroom, 2 full bathrooms, ground unit condo with a deck located in University Place (behind UCB Kroger) in a great location with shopping, dining, and the 460 Bypass nearby. It’s on the UCB bus line, the bus stops in front of Dollar General (drop off) and in front of University Mall (pickup). It’s a 3-minute drive or 17-minute walk to the outskirts of Virginia Tech. There is bike parking outside of the unit, and plenty of car parking is available.

The primary bedroom is occupied by my DS, an undergrad male student. Two secondary bedrooms (approximately 12 x 9 each) are available for rent with a shared bathroom. Each room is furnished with a bed, mattress, chest of drawers, desk, and chair. The living and dining rooms are furnished and the kitchen has basic appliances and dishware. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. The unit has central heat and air.

Rent is $650 per room with water, garbage, included. Electricity, and wifi are split equally. Leases are per room. The first month plus a $650 security deposit is required to move in.

Accepting short-term leases from June 1, 2024, through July 31, 2024, and one-year leases from August 1, 2024, through July 31, 2025.
