About the room
Tenant(s) will have two rooms, each about equal in size approx. 12’x14’ w/ closets. Between them is a small bathroom complete with sink, toilet, bathtub w/shower. Tenants rooms are down the main hallway and are respectively private from the current tenants living space. Tenant will have access to the kitchen and dining area. Tenant will have off street parking for up to two vehicles. Garage access will increase the rent to $1000 a month with 1st/last deposit.
Current resident has three indoor cats. If you are allergic to cats, you cannot complain, you’ve been warned. The cats rule this place, especially the fat one. Don’t be fooled by the little ham, he’s a whiner and a sucker punching little sh……….
There is also a nearby public swimming pool.
