3 Bed 4 Bath Townhouse in Camarillo. All bedrooms have private ensuite bathrooms. My primary bedroom (home owner) and office space are located on the 3rd floor. The available room is located on the ground floor. Kitchen and living room are on the 2nd floor so the noise level is very low during typical sleeping hours. Adequate street parking throughout the neighborhood so it’s not been an issue for my previous roommate/guests. Utilities and WiFi are included. The available room is currently furnished with deluxe bamboo queen size bed and nightstands. I will provide a brand new mattress pad. The room is west facing, two windows with zebra type blinds, one of which can be opened to fresh air. Dimmer switch installed on overhead room lighting. Sliding mirror door enclosure to decent size closet. The bathtub/shower utilizes a curtain with single vanity. Washer and dryer are located on the 3rd floor. Access to the office space is permitted when not in use. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and cookware. I have a few bicycles and surfboards you’re welcome to use. I hire a professional cleaner on occasion so I’d prefer they gain access to your room, but will provide adequate notice before arrival. Small dogs will be considered but they need to be friendly with my own. I will post pics once my roommate has vacated.

I’m a 43yo aviation professional working a hybrid position. My current roommate will likely be departing sometime in June. I have a 5yo terrier mix pup so it’s essential you’re ok with small dogs. I am primarily looking for someone that can help watch my dog while I am at the office so preference will be given to those that can accommodate such. I keep the common areas tidy and expect the same, but consider myself easy to get along with. My dog is very sweet and friendly but suffers from separation anxiety so that’s the reason l like to have assistance when I’m away. He will mostly just chill near you and doesn’t require a lot of maintenance. My work hours are regular and if away from town I’ll take the pup with me. I’m not a partier (at least not anymore) but I won’t concern myself with your business provided you’re responsible with the home and my furry friend.
