Furnished room in a townhouse in the luxury community of the Great Park Neighborhoods in Irvine. Available for move-in now (move-in date flexible if you’re looking for something mid-May or early June). Room includes a walk-in closet and shared bathroom (bathroom is shared with a clean and respectful UC San Diego grad that works full time as an engineer in Irvine and often goes home to San Diego on weekends). Modern home was built in 2020. This neighborhood includes 7 modern pool areas, olympic size lap pools, fire pits, and community spaces. Rent is $1,270 per month, plus $150 for all utilities, fiber internet, and community pools access. ($1,420 total per month).

The room is furnished but can also be unfurnished depending on your needs. Renting on a month-to-month basis. 8 minutes to Woodbury Town Center with Trader Joe’s and Ralph’s. Close to Irvine Spectrum and the 5 freeway. You will be a short distance from Laguna Beach, Newport Beach, Dana Point, Huntington Beach, Anaheim, and all Orange County has to offer.

Male or female (no couples). Full time student or professional. Looking for someone that is clean, quiet, respectful. No pets allowed and no smokers.

Just to give some background, you’d be renting a room in our townhouse. Your room would be down the hall from the master bedroom which my husband and I are in on the 2nd floor. You’d be sharing the bathroom with a UC San Diego grad that works full time as an engineer in Irvine and often goes home to San Diego on weekends. Our son is 29 and on the 3rd floor. He’s a USC grad and works on the data science team at an ad agency. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe.
