Property located in excellent neighborhood and lot of free space and close to shopping centers and many business offices are within 5 miles. A spacious guest bedroom that includes a independent bathroom and a walk in closet in a 4 bedroom house, fully furnished. Includes a 40“ TV. All utilities are included in the monthly rent. We have two car garage and you can also park the car on drive way.

We are only two people at home with a very friendly 5 yr old dog. I am an IT professional and work full time remote, we have kids but they are living in different cities occasionally they visit us. We like to rent this preferably to a working professional with 8 to 5 job, with your own commute. We are looking for some one who is very private and respects our privacy. No smoking inside (of any kind) or excessive drinking. I hope you understand!!
