Hello everyone! I’m subleasing 3 bedrooms and one bathroom at The Hub on Morrell from June 1st to August 31st. The rent is $650, $950 and $950 and a $40 for water and sewage fee which would be split among with everyone, WiFi is included. There will be newly installed LVT floors in the bedrooms by 6/1 and not carpets, with hardwood floor in the living room with ceiling fans in all of the places. Currently, we just furnished the place but all the furniture is put in the living room because the LVT floors are still in process. The pictures and videos carpeted floors which will be changed. Tenants are responsible for electricity. It’s conveniently located just a 3-minute walk to the College Ave Student Center, offering easy access to everything with a bus stop right in front.
