Hi there, seeking 2 new housemates to sublet or takeover for 2 rooms, flexible move in date. Current lease ends at the end of November with potential to renew.

Rent listed is ONLY FOR ONE OF THE ROOMS, not both! It’s only letting me list rent once so the listed rent is right in the middle. Master BR is a little higher and the 2nd BR is a little lower.

Flexible room choice, these 2 are opening but there’s also 2 others that are cheaper and current roommates are open to taking one of the available rooms and you taking theirs if that’s a better fit for you. Just LMK if you’re interested in more info on those rooms.

Master BR w/ master bath is 1st set of pictures. 2nd BR w/ private bath is 2nd set of pictures. Total house utility cost split per person, avg monthly split per head is like $130. Bedrooms are unfurnished but do have some spare furniture if interested

Big house with furnished common areas. Big living room, open kitchen, spare room used as a coworking space and back patio. Fenced in backyard, pet friendly and there won’t be any remaining pets in the house upon your move in date. In house washer/dryer. Goog fiber internet. Two car garage and carport. Number of parking spots isn’t ever an issue so there’s plenty of space in the garage for storage if you have extra furniture.

Located right off S Lamar Blvd. Ten minutes from downtown and 2 minutes from Highway290
