This 2br apartment has a living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, study, and two sun rooms. There is plenty of common space with hardwood floors throughout. The kitchen is equipped with a glass top electric stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, pantry, and sink with a disposal. This top floor apartment has a backyard and driveway with enough space for two cars.

The apartment is about a 10 minute walk to the Alewife MBTA station (Red Line) and a 20 minute walk to Davis Square. There is a 77 bus stop a few steps from the apartment’s front door. The apartment has no washer/dryer, but a laundromat is a five minute walk away. Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, and Stop & Shop are each a five minute drive away. The apartment is walkable to restaurants, movie theaters, shops, dry cleaners, and cafes. The minuteman bike path and Spy Pond are close by as well.

Your share of the rent is $1100 per month. Wifi is included in the rent. Heat and electric bills are usually about $60 per person in the summer, and up to $250 per person in the winter. The landlord is attentive and gets things fixed promptly. The lease runs from August 1st, 2024, until July 31st, 2025. First, last, security deposit, and broker fee are due at move-in.

I am a 36 year old male non-smoking social worker who works Monday through Friday as a therapist in Somerville. I am quiet, clean, tidy, respectful, and pay bills on time. On weeknights I usually cook a quick meal and enjoy watching a TV show. On weekends I catch up on chores and spend time with my girlfriend, friends or family. I do not have people over very often except my girlfriend one or two nights per week. I like listening to music, running, skiing, biking, spending time outdoors and going to concerts.
