• Two bathrooms open and shared with current 3 female tenants who are working full time jobs or in college
• In unit washer and dryer available
• Great location that is between Concord, Walnut Creek, and Pleasant hill
• 5mins to concord Bart station and 15mins to Walnut Creek Bart station
• Close by to many grocery stores (Safeway, Trader Joe’s, grocery outlet, target)
• Street parking or parking on driveway is always open
• Neighborhood is quiet and friendly

There are currently 3 female tenants (all in their 20s) living at the house. All are very friendly and keep to themselves. Guests are welcomed. House is empty most of the time due to tenants working full time in healthcare or in school.
