Its a two bed two bath room apartment, very spacious, it comes with a washer and dryer, there’s ac, a big patio, the bedroom for rent is a master bedroom so there is a bathroom inside the room, a walk in closet and an extra storage space, there’s only one other person living here and she is a female, all are welcomed male/female and pets are allowed.

The person living there is a female, she works part time and is a collage student, I am moving out and she needs a new roommate! She super sweet and open to hanging out.
