Cozy Room in Petworth - Perfect for a Woman in her 20s or 30s!**

Hey there! Got a super cozy room up for grabs in Petworth. Subletting is open end of June or beginning of July until Mid September (September 15th). If you need to move in earlier, let me know. My job contract ends Jun17th and I want to have enough time to prepare the room and move out my personal items. Our lease officially ends September 30th and I am moving out so if you would like to stay past September, this is an option too but I would need to let the leasing agency know ( Atlas Lane).

• Need to catch a bus? Just step outside! Rent includes water but not WiFi and energy. My room mate is also looking to sublet so if you have a friend who you want to sublet with in the summer let me know and I can give you details about the second room.

You would be living with one other girl who works in DC as a Statistical Engineer. She is super outgoing, clean and friendly. She will sometimes be there with her boyfriend. You may also live there with one other girl who is in her mid 20s who works in Human Advocacy. She may be moving to London but is unsure about the timeline. The home has three rooms. One room is for rent as of right now and this may become two rooms if two friends are interested.
