I have a two bedroom and my roommates are moving June 1st. The bedroom you will have is huge for Portsmouth standards. my last roommates were a couple who had separate dressers, desks etc. The shared space also is large with a living room, vanity room outside the bathroom and a basement for storage. Parking onsite and a yard.

I am 32 years old and I work m-f. I am out of the home 8-5. I enjoy being social. I may have friends over on nights or weekends but usually to go to dinner etc. and not hanging out at the house other than an occasional fire/cookout outside in the summer or fall. I am not obsessive over cleanliness but don’t want a roommate who is gross or messy either.
