About the room

Located right in front of Aloha Tower parking area. Looking for a quiet full-time working professional who can maintain the unit/space clean/hygienic.

  • 1,100 sq ft: 2 BR + 1.5 Ba + large living rm + kitchen + lanai w/ocean view
  • Private Room has Queen size bed, working desk attached to a wall, office chair, floor lamp, and tower fan. (pic3 w/o a DIY bookcase.)
  • 1 BR & 0.5 Ba (shower & toilet) are for your use only (pic4), but a W/D is in the shower rm, I will need access to it when doing laundry.
  • Also provide a basic set for kitchen appliances/tools, plates, glasses, & cups. (pic5) ○==================================================○
  • Price is based on single occupancy, with fewer guests. Extra charge for any other arrangements.
  • All utilities (water, electricity, wi-fi, basic cable) included.
  • Parking in the building ($230-260/mo) or in downtown($180-/mo).
  • Discount depends on your (1) cleanliness, (2) potential length of term, & (3) frequency of guest/overnight guest(s) ●===================================================●
  • Preferably a very quiet/clean/tidy/hygienic (female) professional, responsible and respectful to other ppl’s space, property & time as myself. (Gender is not a big issue, but cleanliness & hygiene are MUST for me. 🙂 )
  • While I use AC every day until about midnight, I rarely use it in b/w 12a-7a, unless the humidity is high as this month(May 2024). Your room has a tower fan, I can adjust it a bit to your liking, but anybody who wishes/needs 24-7 cool/cold temp, wouldn’t be a good fit here. 🫠

About the roomies

As for me – a private female, who spends long hours on my work / project / research+ on my computer in b/w watching nfl, nba, boxing, news, movies, and listening to audiobooks / music / podcasts & such. Other than mostly once/twice a wk prep meals time in the kitchen while you are @work, I’m in my room, minding my biz, working, or doing my things very quietly w. headset on in very (extremely) odd hours. You would not be bothered by me at all as long as you could provide me with a clean/hygienic/quiet environment. Guest(s) – rarely. Overnight guest(s) – none when I have just a short-term housemate.
