We are in the heart of Bristol around the corner from multiple bars and restaurants and about a 5 to 10 minute ride to Colt State Park. And multiple other convenience stores, and shopping plazas are right down the road on Metacom Avenue. If you do have a car, the shopping plazas And chain stores are about a 15 to 20 minute ride away. In reality, this is a great spot for anybody who is a student at Roger Williams University. We have a washer and dryer, two full bathrooms, And about 4 to 5 rooms available One still needs to get fixed, but is getting fixed by the end of this month hopefully lol (pictures not shown) All will be split evenly between every person in the house. Utilities are not included, but up to around $100 each or so for Wi-Fi electric and gas. The room will be available at the last week of this month and they are not furnished as shown in the pictures. Apologies for the mess people are in the process of moving out. There are two rooms upstairs, which can be rented together or separately. And then two rooms available downstairs. The third one, like I said prior, needs work done. But hopefully will be done by the end of this month.
me (21) and my fiancé Austin (22) Are very laid-back and mainly introverted, but love to cook and keep things as tidy as possible. we are gamers and we do have a cat who is nine months old and are looking for roommates to fill up the house and make things as affordable as possible for all of us. We are 420 friendly, cat friendly, and LGBTQ plus friendly as well. We don’t take well to disrespect, And want effortless communication between all roommates, no hostility, just everybody doing their own thing. But we would love to also be able to get together to go to bars or have dinners at the house as well.
