First floor apartment in 3 story building. Off street parking, very close to transit lines and shopping. Full kitchen with dishwasher. Laundry in building. Apartment is air conditioned. Costs include 50% of the rent and utilities (electricity and internet). Utilities run $150-250/month total. Rent is $1425/month. Your half is of rent and utilities runs $800-850/month depending on the season. Must sign lease with Property Management. I am male, quiet, with a steady job. Interested in a roommate with similar qualities. The property is smoke free. Small pets welcome with pet lease and deposit with property manager.
