Hi all - I have a room for rent in a three bedroom house in Manhattan Beach 2 blocks from the ocean.
The rent will be for one room and you will SHARE a bathroom with a very nice, clean person. Laundry inside the house.
Nothing but good vibes, positive attitudes in the household.
Unfortunately there isn’t a dedicated parking space thus you will have to find street parking. It’s not too bad after 8, 9pm parking opens up.
