The house is located in Harris Branch. NE of downtown off of 290. Big living room, kitchen, and backyard with a deck and grill. I work E. downtown and it takes me 22mins with morning traffic. Its closer then you think and even faster if you take the tolls.

Its a 3 bedroom home, with my friend taking the smaller of the two, however, he is usually always working and will go days without seeing him.

The bathroom is shared and he keeps it clean.

Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Grill. Plus a community center that includes a gym, pool, basketball & pickleball courts. Cable/PPV/Movies is included.

80 inch TV in the living room and a large sectional coach. Library and bar.

Im 36yo and Ive been working in tech for the last 12 years. I have a WFH schedule. I dont have any children or pets but socially active and close with my family. Outside of work I hang with friends, play golf, go to shows, and AustinFC games, to name a few.

My friend/house mate, Shane is 50yo and is a bar manager and a private driver. He is always working so hes not home often.
