Furnished bedroom with a spacious walk-in closet and a queen bed available for rent in a 4 bed/3 full bath newly built house. Location of the house is just a 5 minute drive to the popular North Hills mall and 10 minutes to Raleigh downtown. 1 minute to get on to the I-440 belt line so it will be convenient for commuting. Grocery stores like Food Lion and Walmart are just a five minute drive. House is in a safe neighborhood and has plenty of private yard space and a patio. There is a living room on each floor. All utilities are included in the rent including high speed internet. Security deposit is the same amount as rent and it will be fully refundable at the time of move out. Lease is month to month, I would prefer someone that wants to stay for longer term. You will have access to all common areas including kitchen and laundry room. We cannot allows pets, sorry.
