Property sits on about a half acre lot in a looped neighborhood (no thru traffic). There is a park located just down the road with an in-neighborhood cut through great for walking/running. Less than 15 min drive to base and all shopping/eating within 5-10 minutes. I’ll be renting 2 of 3 rooms, one with a shared full bath and one with a private half bath. Flexible to your wishes or needs.

Newly purchased property looking to fill two rooms in addition to one that I will be living in. Work in military and pick up part time work in the evenings so gone most of the day. Other than that, enjoy gardening, cooking, and watching sports. Happy to answer any questions you might have.
