About the room
Quiet home with a pool. I have two dogs so I don’t really want anymore pets in the home.
Looking for someone respectful, reasonable and clean.
One room no couples I’ve tried couples there just always drama for no reason so I’d prefer no couples. Shared bathroom when guest come over but for the most part it’s yours.
I only ask you clean up after yourself and pay on time everytime. I know life happens just communicate.

My son and I all live here with our two dogs both very friendly and potty trained. Parking is tight but we make it work.
