This is a private room on the first floor of my 2600 sq ft house. It has a private bathroom beside it. Shared kitchen/living room. All utilities are included in price.

I am 47 years old, recently divorced, my home is between my sisters and mother. I work regular business hours. I have a small dog. My roommate has 2 cats who stay upstairs. She works from home but also has a second job so is not home often.
