it’s a 2bd 1ba tucked away in the Osborn neighborhood. it’s quiet. The unit is 960 sqft. It’s only two 1-story units connected and two 2-story units in front of us, with 2 more down the way. It’s an older unit, so it’s loved and not modern to ‘24 standards. Plenty of parking. I’m asking 800/month, maybe a little more if you work from home due to the AC probably needing to be on and being connected to the Internet most of the day.

My daughter and I have been here going on 8+ years, same with our neighbors (we all get along well and look out for each other). My daughter will be starting ASU in the fall, but the room will be cleared out by your move in date. My daughter’s bed, dresser and desk will be in there, but we can make arrangements if you want to bring your own furniture. I will have the carpet cleaned, and a cleaning service come through as well. I rarely, if ever, have company, except my daughter who will be coming home sometimes (I hope). I have a printer. I work a lot, so I’m not home all that much. there’s a washer and dryer in the unit. the picture of the empty bedroom is from the unit next door when it was for rent last year, but it’s the same layout. I have a lot of plants.

You: Looking for something end of August, beginning of September. Responsible, single woman, or queer single male/queer couples :) have references. Small breed dog/s are good with me. Looking to stay at least 3-6 months, longer is okay, too. Smoking outside is okay. 420 friendly (not me, but okay if you smoke).
