LOCATION, LOCATION!!! Gorgeous and spacious 2 bedroom in beautiful neighborhood. You will have your own bathroom, walk in closet, and room with grassy views of a park. I will be updating the post with new photos and more description, as I posted to simply initially get the ad up.

The room will come with a bed, side tables, new bedding, and a chair if you desire.

Quiet, friendly, and mature. Easy to get along with and tidy. I keep to myself, yet am sociable when you like.

Your room/ restroom are on the opposite side of the residence giving you your privacy. Your room and restroom are very spacious (photos didn’t quite demonstrate the size which is why I will be updating. For reference the window is 6ft+ wide).

All I ask is that there is mutual respect, no drama/ disruptive behavior, and you clean up after yourself; common decency.

Located near major highways and walking distance to trails, breakfast and coffee shops, water parks, a state of the art gym, a scenic creek with beautiful friendly neighbors and wildlife, a hockey rink, and more. TCC Community college is walking distance. Easy access to luxurious Southlake/Grapevine night life and Colleyville’s fine dinning within a mile.
