Amy Wilson's room

I live in a four-bedroom house and my son will be moving out August 1st. There’s a second bedroom in the same floor that will be available January 2025, if there’s a desire to expand into that room.

The house is located in a safe neighborhood with access to the bike path on foot or bicycle. Less than 2 mi from the MBTA, downtown, pharmacy and grocery store. There is a large yard outside furniture, a fire pit, and plenty of sunshine.

There’s a garage and basement with space to store some of your possessions. Access to the washer & dryer. Cost of utilities would be shared.

Open to a cat that uses a litterbox. Can’t have a cat that only sometimes does. Open to one dog, who isn’t dog aggressive, as I have a Golden Retriever.

I am a medical professional who works days. I’m respectful, quiet, and will be in the upstairs of the house.

The person currently in one of the rooms downstairs is also a medical professional and works 6 days a week. When she’s not working, she is working out, and is rarely home.
