Just tryna graduate need one more year. We are easy going and friendly. Love to play games and cook. The property is within walking distance from csusm(about 10 min). Next to a gas station and near the Ralph’s center as well. There is a pool and gym in the private pavilion(we have key code). I have a washer and dryer and most things needed but anything is welcome. The rent is verifying as we are only looking for 1 year and dealing with landlord. I had a friend drop out last second and need a last minute replacement.
