The place is almost near the Tahoe Tyrol - within 1 mile from Stateline. Fully furnished. Can be available a bit earlier from 1st of May. Two separate private rooms $1200 per room - fully furnished. Rent can be negotiate for the right applicant. Internet and utilities included - private rooms with private shower. Shared kitchen. Beautiful location with few decks and parking inside or outside of garage. Private shower and toilet. Available for 3 months to 6 months or even a year for the right candidate. Family home but private room and private entry for the tenant. Tenant insurance will be required. Common areas ( TV room and kitchen will be shared). Preferred female tenants but responsible male tenants are welcome. Only two rooms available and rent is per room.
If a couple or a group of couple friends want both rooms - we can make a little concession in rent for both rooms.
Two people are welcome to share a room but there is only one bed per bedroom. Rent will be $1400 for a couple or a room share.
Respectable and friendly person. Clean and organized. Non smoker - can smoke outside on decks.
