4 bdr/2.5bth home. Master downstairs (me), other 3 bdrs/bath/WD upstairs with a common area between them. One is a storage room for my stuff so you will share the upstairs with just one other person. Extra half bath at the bottom of the stairs. Bills paid include WIFI, Electric, Gas, W/D, and security system. Room is furnished.

Convenient to downtown, East-side hot spots (cafes and music venues), UT campus, Public Library, ACC, Mueller shopping/eating development, Airport, bus route, the Austin Bouldering Project, and the many art studios included in the East Austin Studio Tour.

Dog is trained to never go upstairs.

We all like privacy, respect, cleanliness (picking up after yourself), personal space, and QUIET. This is NO PARTY HOUSE. Friends/family are, of course, welcome to visit.

Refundable deposit is the same as one month’s rent.

I must meet with you in person… no skyping or texting.

There are just 2 of us now. Me: upstairs. Dean: downstairs. I am retired and he works for a company that he has worked for for over 3 years. We like quiet, privacy, and compatibility. We’re both easy going.
