It is a good size room with a queen size bed, and a small walk-in closet it is an older double wide mobile home that is in great shape. Looks good and is clean. I am new to the area and am working on the home with just a few projects to make it better. The bathroom that you will be using the shower needs work. I’ve got to get it fixed. I also may be willing to negotiate on the monthly rent, depending on things
I am a single widowed, gay white male 61 years of age. I have just about finished moving in the home. Everything is pretty much organized.. Newly single after 18 year marriage this is a big change for me and it was harder than I thought, but I’m just about straightened out, I do not do drugs of anything. I don’t smoke anything and I do not want it in my home. Occasional drinks is OK like a peaceful and drama free home. 8 miles from Highway 75. Home is on a dirt road but less than two blocks from 328 Main Rd.
