Hello there, I’m Kennah. I am looking to transfer my lease. I was supposed to relocate to Los Angeles but due to personal reasons I won’t be relocating anymore. The lease will begin on August 10, 2024, and run for 12 months. I’m transferring a furnished room that is private with a private bathroom. The room I had selected is one of the best and a virtual tour is available as well. The entire place has 14 bedrooms so you would share common spaces with other people. This place is great for anyone, especially students or working professionals. The requirements include having a credit score of at least 650 and if your credit score is below 650, you would need a co-signer with a 680-credit score. Another requirement is being able to provide two months’ worth of the most recent and consecutive paycheck stubs or 2 months’ worth of bank statements.
