Listing a room for rent (female only) in an adorably spacious 3br/2b house in a quiet neighborhood in San Marcos. $600 for the room available. 3 female roommates currently, the lease is up in November but one roommate wants to sublet starting July 1st. Hoping to find someone who wants to resign with us two ladies staying. I live in the master bedroom and would ideally love to find a fellow laid back hippie feminine energy for our peaceful cozy zen nest. I am a full-time LMT and practice at a spa down the road. The 3rd roomie stays with her bf and hardly ever home, you would have the other side of the house to yourself most of the time, but share a bathroom with the roomie that’s home once in a blue moon. There’s a cute private yard with a hammock, a huge garage (with fitness equip and gym/art studio potential), lots of storage space in the house, and a really lovely isolated greenbelt trail ten minutes on foot. The river and town are a 15 min bike ride. Its a very quiet safe neighborhood, and a quiet home. bills split 3 ways usually end up being about 80-100/mo

I am 35yrs old, settled in my “soft life vibes”. I don’t drink, I’m pretty introverted but love connective conversation, creative outlets, self care, nature hikes, river play days, and I have a sweet little girl kitty cat. Open to other low key social housetrained animals. This is a very peaceful oasis and I’d love to keep that wave going. Would mean a lot to find a sweet soul to connect with… to enjoy conversation, laughter, chill music and the occasional yoga/meditation/tea/dance /netflix chill together. The current roomies are college girls and it would be great to find someone my own age. I’d prefer to find someone that doesn’t drink too often (cannabis friendly), mature, kind and respectful, pay bills on time, keeps the communal areas tidy 🙏💜 no passive aggressive energy, cigarettes or kids please 🙂
