The area is up and coming, with new buildings popping up all around. Parking is easy to find around here too, usually within a block. It is a ground level, two story apartment. There is additional storage downstairs. The apartment is fully furnished, so all you need to bring is yourself and your bedroom. Thick walls, so you can’t hear any neighbors and it’s a giant apartment!
