I have a beautiful, fully furnished Master Bedroom in a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo available to rent for the summer (June-September) in a great location in North Scottsdale (Thompson Peak Parkway & Frank Lloyd Wright). The master has a comfortable California king bed with very comfortable mattress and soft bedding. There is also a dresser and nightstands in the room. The master bathroom includes a large bath and a shower with a water stick to ensure you can shower in soft water (very important in the Scottsdale area).

The rest of the condo is fully furnished and styled with very comfortable and relaxing feel. The kitchen is fully equipped with pretty much everything you might need for cooking. There is a Keurig and a Ninja blender available to use, just to name a few. The kitchen also has a reverse osmosis faucet in place.

Cost for the master bedroom is $1,400 per month plus half of the utilities. If this sounds like something you are interested in, please reach out to me for more information and we can chat and see if it might be a good fit to live together for the summer.

The condo will be shared with one other person (me). I am a female entrepreneur in my early 30’s. I live a pretty laid-back lifestyle, I am not a big partier, but like to have movie nights or make dinner with my sister or friends from time to time. I am very into wellness and spend a lot of my time focused on living a healthy lifestyle and caring for myself (yoga, breathwork, hiking, etc.). I love music, movies, concerts, dancing, spending time in nature and connecting with people I love. I have lived with many roommates in my life, and I like to have a comfortable, friendly dynamic with anyone I’m living with. I also am respectful of boundaries and privacy with people I am living with. I like to keep a clean home and am looking for someone who also likes to live in a clean comfortable space and who will pitch in to keep common areas clean. I work from home out of the condo.
