Davon's room

I have an unfurnished bedroom available for $700 per month with a $200 deposit, the room has a ceiling fan and a window air conditioner, all utilities are included in the monthly rent as well as WiFi, the bathroom would be shared with another housemate (female). The house is close to the freeway and close to stores.

Housemates are respectful quiet ,and clean both are usually at work during the day, there is space in the refrigerator and cabinet space for your groceries.
