Stewart Avenue

This room is the master bedroom out of the three bedroom house. It has an peaceful view of the quiet neighborhood. There’s a pig farm down the street which is so nice to walk by and enjoy the day. I have a king sized bed in it and it still is spacious. The back yard is phenomenal! Two of my roommates have been living here for several years and have created a beautiful garden. So many birds, cute little buggies, and frogs as well venture around these parts. There’s a Murphy’s right up the street so easy walk for an emergency goodies. Unfortunately, we are at capacity for any animals. I was watching my sister’s dog when I took these photos. Although, you’ll be greeted everyday with a marvelous Millie, (dog) and a gentle Sequoia, (cat). Also, as far as the utilities goes that is separate from the rent. Generally, it can run between 50 to 70 dollars for the water, trash, and wifi. I have the pge in my name so further discussion will be needed for anyone who can take on that bill as well which of course is split between all of us.

I have lived here on the property a little over a year now and I truly am grateful for the many days and nights with everyone. I’ll be moving away to be with my fiancé who coincidentally I met while being here. Very amazing people to share laughs with and even silent nights too. We advocate for open communication in the house. We all are happy to be there for everyone. We also have a chore chart set up just in case to keep a routine in the home going. We have two working joes in the house and one student. Generally, things wind down around 10 but sometimes you’ll hear one of our roommates playing on his guitar in the living room or playing video games. Company is always welcome for a jam or game sesh. Just ask! You’ll be happy you did. If you like gardening as well one of my roommates will definitely be happy to have helper in the backyard. We have a communal style type home.
