I’m able to provide a twin sized captains bed frame with 5 dresser drawers, twin mattress, desk and chair in the room. All items can be removed from room. Rent on room will remain the same $550/month. No smokers/Outside smokers only. Please.

Shared spaces (living room, dining room and porch) are meant to be shared spaces. Not for personal storage.

Empty cabinets can be made available in the kitchen and bathroom for storage of your needed items.

Due to dryer issues, your laundry will have to be done somewhere else.

House shared with three other people. I usually just stay in the basement as I’m able to take care of most of my needs downstairs. Shared kitchen and shared bathroom. Street parking available. There is a cat, but the cat stays in the basement.

Homebody and quite. Likes to maintain a schedule and likes to keep noise down to a minimum volume.
