Hello!
My boyfriend is looking to rent out his bedroom in Ruston, Tacoma, a 10 min walk to the waterfront! The bedroom is in a 4 bed 2 bath house with a shared kitchen and bathroom. The house has a huge backyard, a corner store two blocks away, and is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood.
About the roomies
The other two roommates are males (36 and 47) both very respectful, chill and clean. My boyfriend is very active in the gym, rave community, and outdoors. There are two pets, a cat and a dog (as seen in photo) so preferably no pets but this is not a deal breaker.
My boyfriend is seeking another male roommate. Rent is $1,000 a month. He is willing to work with you on move in costs! Looking to get it rented out ASAP!
