Chalet style view home. Upstairs furnished bedroom w/large closet. 3 bath home but the nearest bath to this room is also used by home owner. Loft, also upstairs with seating and extra bed. Full use of well equipped kitchen and living room. Laundry in basement. Sun room and garden space available. Home owner is 88 years old with heart issues. Doesn’t need daily help but will trade space for housekeeping, driving occasionally help with meal preparation. Non smoker. Prefer longer commitment.
