The apartment is located north of Fletcher near to Lettuce Park, near the Marriott Residency. Starbucks, multiple gas stations, and other F&B outlets are within walking distance. It’s a quiet and green community with a beautiful lake.

The room is fully furnished and has a window looking out to the Greenery, which opens to tall trees and is East Facing so mornings are beautiful. (If needed, I can put a work desk, chair, and queen-size bed with a mattress.). The room has a walk-in closet, smart TV, queen-size bed, and mattress with a work desk and chair.

It’s a 1584-square-foot apartment with a garage.

We take care of any maintenance and cleaning of all common areas. Keeping your room clean will be your responsibility.

I am quiet and clean and usually busy with work, but I enjoy hanging out in the common area sometimes.
