About the room
The condo is located on the 3rd, highest floor of a gated community. Lots of natural sunlight.
You’ll be situated in the master bedroom of 211 sq ft. with your own restroom.
Utilities are included in the rent which includes electric, gas, water, parking, trash and highest speed internet.
Laundry will eventually be installed in unit, but until it is installed, laundry is done in the communal space on the 2nd floor.
Community includes a small gym, pool access, hot tub, ping pong table, pool tables, and gathering room.
Kitchen & common areas will be shared amongst roommates.
About the roomies
30 year old male who’ll occasionally hosts board game evenings. Works M-F and is usually out during weekends.
58 year old female that owns a cat and work away from home. Keeps to herself.
