✔️ THE SPACE The kitchen, living room, and dining room come fully furnished, so all you’ll need is to furnish is a mattress The room comes with a spacious private bathroom.

✔️ LOCATION The location is super convenient! The building is very peacefully quiet and well maintained. Location walking distance to West Falls Church metro station, 10 minutes to mosaic and Tyson’s corner mall! And 5 minutes to either 66 or 495 highways.

✔️ RENT Rent is $1400 but fully negotiable based on longevity of signed lease. Security Deposit is one months rent, plus whatever is owed in rent that monthly period.
