Work as my (PROVIDER/CAREGIVER) ($801.72-$918) - per month ($19.65-$22.50) an hours, (40.80) hour month. You can earn PART TIME, tax free, rent free as an In Home Supportive Services/Department of Public Social Services (IHSS/DPSS) Provider/Caregiver needed. REGISTERED, OR WILLING TO BE REGISTERED, IS REQUIRED.

I’M WILLING TO HELP YOU

If you are willing to help me with my utility bills, so, if you’re not working, you may be eligible to receive General Relief aka (GR), which is a state funded program, that provides cash, with food stamps or EBT. That would allow you to make enough cash, to cover the utility expense of ($450) per month; for the both of us, or you can register with IN HOME SUPPORTIVE SERVICES/ DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SOCIAL SERVICES (IHSS/DPSS), to become my provider and get paid part time the above mentioned pay rate, hours, and days.
If you accept my offer, you will still have some cash left over for your savings and personal needs. I’ll let you stay temporarily according to my rental agreement, and the (IHSS/DPSS) Applications requirements, until you can get on your feet financially.

MY LIVING ROOM, KITCHEN, AND BATHROOM SPACE IS AVAILABLE ONLY!

(I’m willing to supply for a small additional fee of $1 a day, for your rest and comfort: blankets, pillows along with sheets, couch/sofa, and air mattress)

I can teach you how to be assisted with free surplus foods each month, if necessary.

If you have a California driver’s license or ID, I will permit you to drive my car, as my chauffeur to my doctor’s appointments, road trips, etc.

I wouldn’t be prejudiced against you for your view, just as I’m sure you wouldn’t be prejudiced against me for my view—am I right? I’m searching for a California legal primary provider, guest, or roommate; Also, there will be no sleepovers, no smoking or vaping of anything, no legal marijuana, no illegal drugs, no legal or illegal firearms, and no pets.

it’s with a shared bathroom, kitchen, laundry, along with free parking on the street or lot, with an 8-10 min. walk to the bus, and Metro Link Station. You can legally work as a provider/caregiver.

Your duties if hired will be as follows:

*Shopping.

*Domestic cooking, cleaning of household, prepping bath with: towels, razors, soaps, etc., (No bathing needed).

*A Driver’s License, or Identification Card; California or another, for transportation, errands, and doctor visits, with your or my own vehicle.

*On the job training for administration and maintenance of medical equipment and medications.
